Rita McIntosh Broker/Owner (License #01002591) is the Owner/Broker for Southern Sierra Real Estate and works hard on helping you through one of the biggest decisions of your life....your home. I pride myself on treating people they way I want to be treated, fairly & honestly!

I first received my license in 1988 and worked full time till the market change in the early 90's and have been in Real Estate off and on till I went full time again in 2001. I have worked for Residential and Commercial brokerages rounding out my experience to prepare me for running my own Real Estate Company.

Margaret has lived full time in Camp Nelson since 2005 and is active in the community. Volunteering her time with the Camp Nelson Women's Club, John Nelson Conservancy and working for the Ponderosa Community Services District, Alpine Village and Sequoia Crest Community Services Districts. This keeps her busy while also operating a Mountain Bike tour business and managing vacation cabin rentals. Prior to life in Camp Nelson, Margaret lived in Orange County, CA . Her professional career focused on Executive Office Management, Bookkeeping, Payroll and Human Resources.
